He not only created innovative techniques for the treatment of burns and hair problems but also published multiple research in peer-reviewed publications because he was so passionate about his area of expertise.

Dr. Vong finished his four-year residency at Chulalongkorn Hospital in Bangkok after completing his American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery internship in Chicago and New Jersey. Additionally, in 1998, he received a Fellowship in Hair Transplant Surgery from NHI in Beverly Hills, California.
